"Very big hotel. The advantage is that it has a skybridge to the mall. I felt that despite being so big and more expensive it is a bit impersonal and prefer a Hyatt House where they don’t charge for water. The upgrade was not felt in the room nor in the add ons. Mentioning Argan Oil in the shampoo does not make it feel superior for soap. The “ awesome breakfast” is a normal buffet that upcharges every extra item ordered except the eggs.
