The hotel is in a good position in Paratico and only a short walk along the promenade and over the bridge to Sarnico where you can get the ferry to other places on the lake.The swimming pool is set in lovely mature gardens and is quiet and peaceful.The hotel staff were superb and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

Scrupulously clean and well maintained in a great location. Underground parking was a definite bonus in the hot weather. Excellent breakfast buffet spread. I only had 1 meal in the restaurant on an evening which unfortunately was quite disappointing, I was hoping that as a Thai branded hotel the Thai food would be superb, not the case on this occasion.

The stay was wonderful, lake view, very pleasant staff. Only down side is if you are walking it is a bit of a trek up a very steep hill, but worth it for the view. We asked about taxi back to the station but they only have 3 in the town and they much prefer airport runs, the lady from the hotel then took us herself which just added to how the hotel felt, a real homestay. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would 100% recommend

Beautiful property, fantastic grounds and gardens and the staff are amazing. We loved our few days staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this recently renovated 12th century castle which sits in its own vineyards, and also houses a winery. It is very comfortable and the decor is stunning. Bed and breakfast is the service, and the breakfast buffet is impressive. For eating and drinking, the towns of Sarnica and Paratico are 5 minutes away by car, on the edge of Lago Iseo.

The staff were kind and friendly, spotlessly clean , tasty breakfast and of course the view from the room was beautiful!

We upgraded our room from the original booked by Expedia. It was massively cheaper to upgrade at the hotel than the price quoted by Expedia! Large , very comfotable room with balcony providing incredible lake views.

The dining setting is awesome! The staff was great to us and our Rottweiler. They were very fond of him. Singh in the restaurant was great. Can't say enough. Thanks

Really nice place to stay. Great room (116), lots of space, all very peaceful and super friendly hotel team. Hiking literally on the doorstep, good bar and decent restaurant to come back to.

This newly opened hotel is beautiful. The rooms ate nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bonus or air con, kettle, coffee, machine, free toiletries, hairdryer and a mini bar are all a huge plus. The breakfast is simple, super and just enough to set you up for the day. Irina on the reception desk is so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped make our stay run smoothy with tips for getting bus tickets and where to visit. We would return no problem! The property is so authemtially Italian. It felt like staying with old friends. I liked that the family tree was on the wall. I stayed with a friend but it would be an idyllic romantic location. It was very peaceful. I would definitely stay again.

Our flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the incredible terrain.The following morning Alessia organised a taxi for us to get to Brescia with no issues at all and she was extremely helpful and nice !
