"The electrical infrastructure was not good. My phone would not charge properly after using multiple chargers and multiple outlets. I could not charge my phone properly which affected how I could use my gps medication during my stay. Also, the room did not have an alarm clock or an electronic clock generally. I could not tell what time it was without looking at one of my pieces of equipment. I appreciated that the cleaning staff came and cleaned the room even though we didn’t request it. We had a two night stay and it was nice that the cleaning staff came after the first night. The welcome desk staff was friendly. The cookies were not bad and were nice. The pool was very nice. Perhaps consider adding a hot tub for the days in the winter when it’s colder. Thank you for the stay. "

"Hotel was clean but misleading that I thought the rooms had balcony’s but there is no access to the balcony’s because when they renovated the hotel they made them in accessible. The restaurant food and service was not impressive making the higher rate we paid only beneficial for its proximity to the arena ."

"When we arrived there was a bug on the toilet paper roll. Then by my bed there were three spots where it looked like a dead bug was killed because there was dead blood smears. I asked for room to be cleaned. It took two days for that area to get cleaned. I appreciate how close the hotel was to the hospital, but it really needs a DEEP and thorough cleaning for its guests."

"I should have paid a little bit more money. The place is really rundown. The carpet is worn. The furniture is chipped, scratched, dented and and needs repair. Not only that the restaurant downstairs played a rapid beat music even after they closed and I called the desk several times to remedy this and the downstairs restaurant said that they needed music to clean. Then after that shut off just before 11 PM (had to be up st 4am for a flight) there was other residents in the building that were also playing fast beat music. I couldn’t figure out where all it was coming from but needless to say I didn’t get any sleep. One of them down the hall finally went to bed at 5:30 AM. It was just supposed to be a quick night for some rest, but it ended up being an all nighter. Due to the lower price and run down appearance, it obviously attracts a certain level of clientele."
