This property overall was great - location, convenience, etc. what was not great was the specific unit. Very dated and a lot of problems. The faucet on the shower fell off mid-shower, the handle on the sink faucet fell off, the refrigerator pulls out when you open the door, light bulbs were out, the mattresses were sagging - really sagging...the door code blanked out and we got locked out of the unit until someone from property management could come fix it, the power kept going out so we had to keep resetting the tripped circuit breaker, there were no serving dishes and we figured out the hard way the first night we cooked. The management was very helpful and attentive, bringing us one platter and tongs the next day but the unit is just not set up the way it should be for a condo. It seems as if the owners just don’t care that it’s falling apart and things don’t work. Several outlets also didn’t work. Overall, it was just inconvenient to have to contact the management every day about something that was broken. Could have been avoided with a thorough check of the unit and some quick fixes.

This second floor ocean and pool view was amazing. We were told by orbitz this was a 2 bed with 2 king beds and it was a king and 2 twins. That was literally why we booked this place. Communication about the cleaning fee was also not relayed until 2 weeks before the trip. once we got there though, we had a great time. We really liked that they offered a high chair and a pack n play as well as snorkeling gear. The beach at the hotel was pretty small and a bit rough, but we were still able to take our 1 year old out for a bit. They also have a shallow kids pool in the front and that was awesome too. The hotel restaurant had the best calamari strips we have ever had!

Perfect for a large family. 4 twin beds, 1 king bed, 2 sofa beds. Kitchen is a little tight but very functional. Only negative is that AC does not cool the loft sleeping area even with the help of fans. The Location is perfect and the resort is great! Nice pools and beach. Great customer service. Friendly staff. The whole place is kept beautifully. Would definitely stay there again in a cooler month.
