"We loved this resort! Our room was amazing. If you can splurg for the room with the private pool, get it!! It is so worth it to be able to take a swim at 3am, and you never leave your room. "Check in is crazy especially when arrivals are late and confusing because there are so many blocks; you don’t know where to enter to meet anyone in reception. The security guards keep the access keys and one block guard is not aware what others are doing. The fact we had to pay a deposit for utilities was not mentioned. Too many hidden facts. "
