My husband I had a great experience. Friendly staff, great room, and very clean! Quick to respond: our fire alarm started to chirp. They were quick to fix it and stated that if we needed to switch rooms that we could. We opted to stay in the room we were in. Awesome staff!!

I was disappointed with my stay. I was moved from one poorly maintained room to another. The first room had a loose toilet. The second room needed overall maintenance rusty toilet paper holders, loose tile, the toilet stopped flushing, torn carpeting. The casino area was so smoky that I couldn't even eat in there. The pool water looked dirty. The staff was friendly. This used to be a great property too bad that the property is not being maintained.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was in order however upon preparing to take a shower I was greeted by a very large cockroach on the inside of the shower curtain. I did let the staff know and a room upgrade was offered however I had already done an upgrade. I do feel the dust around the air conditioning vents should also have been cleaned.
