"I was very surprised by this hotel. The staff were probably the nicest and most considerate I've ever encountered. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly kind to me during a really rough time. My car broke down and I got stranded here for several days. I kept having to ask them to extend my stay and give me new keys, but not once did anyone seem bothered by this. The lady working breakfast went above and beyond. She offered to make me a waffle and then served me juice at my table. I forget how hospitable southern people are. She was truly amazing. The breakfast was good - my favorite part was the potatoes with peppers. I've never seen that anywhere else. The room I booked was big for an affordable price, and the bed was very comfortable. My only minor nitpick is I didn't like the pillows very much, but I brought my own anyway. I also would have preferred a tub in the bathroom. It only has a shower stall, but it's a pretty nice one with glass sliding doors and multiple showerhead settings. Everything was pretty much spotless in the room. There wasn't any roadside noise whatsoever. There's a nice convenience store/gas station nearby and plenty of stores and restaurants. This was a perfect experience."
