"Really liked the property and area. However, the registration process left a bit to be desired - too many texts and emails asking to do this and that. Suggest allowing one, simple registration, including paying for parking and pets when booking. The links included in the texts were not active, meaning you had to cut and paste. "
"Great location, just out of town but tram line right outside the hotel to take you to all the right spots. Lovely clean and tidy hotel with nice staff"
"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They assisted with booking taxis and day tours as well as making sure we had a great overall experience. Romana at the front desk was fabulous. Very helpful and kind."

"The Michelangelo hotel was terrific. The room was large, the location was exceptional, within a few minutes walk to the Old Town.
Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended! "
"Helpful staff, lovely room and bath. Close to the monastery and shops, cafes and restaurants. The tram stops right across the street for easy access to all other attractions in town."
"Lovely room which was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was very spacious. Lovely nibbles and drinks in the executive lounge. Breakfast was excellent, amazing selection for a continental breakfast and also cooked items. Very impressed and would certainly recommend."
