Fantastic and charming little chalet, family run, very good value for money

We were blown away by the property. We simply didn't expect it to be so nice. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The walk into town is a bit long, but the weather was nice and we didn't mind. The only thing we were underwhelmed with was that when we asked to use the outside jacuzzi, a member of staff went to open it, checked the water temperature, told us that was going to be "not very hot" but didn't hear the water so we used it with lukewarm water, which isn't great. Really nice hotel and staff

Great hotel, attention to detail inside is fabulous and friendly staff. We stayed for one night in mid September as a stop over while driving through Italy so out of both ski and summer season and there was a good choice of places to eat all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Hotel.

The hotel has been recently renovated, - completely, - and it shows. Everything has been done with the highest quality in mind, to suit the first class location right next to the central square of this beautiful town. The quality of the staff and the service seems to have been renovated too, and is excellent. We had a memorable stay. I will certainly return.

Great property and beautiful, only downside were too A were very hot and require cooling systems

Stunning views and all round peaceful and beautiful.

I can't think of a single fault-everything was great, really.I liked the structure of the room, where you go a few steps down to the bathroom.Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with local produce. You have good choice of fruit/herbal teas and coffee in the room, bottles of water provided in the fridge too.

Very good hosting. All great with many thanks.

Excellent hotel stay. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, the stunning view from our window, the kind staff and delicious breakfast.

Roberto really made us feel welcome and relaxed at this small and comfortable hotel. The evening meal and breakfast were great multi-course, tasty and wholesome events. This was particularly great for my wife who needs a gluten free diet and could be totally confident that this was taken seriously. The location was very good for us on the drive from Italy to the UK as it's right under Mont Blanc and just before the tunnel entrance, but in a quiet peaceful place with dramatic scenery. Great apartment and host was amazing

Can only suggest one thing. When we were woken at 3:30 am by drunken hoteliers when we complained in the morning we were told those guests making the noise paid more for their rooms. Still in shock remembering those words which seemed to endorse the thuggish behaviour. Apart from that episode the hotel was charming.

A lovely hotel, close to lift and centre of town. Rooms were very clean and staff and service very friendly. Dinner was excellent in both quality and service. I would very much recommend this hotel.

We found the hotel really good. Obviously comfortable, the real difference is how friendly and useful the staff are. We loved the sumptuous breakfast and the spa is great! Thank you.
