"This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Thankfully, we brought our own blankets because calling this place “unclean” would be an understatement. The room appeared poorly maintained, and we didn’t feel comfortable using either the shower or the toilet because it was obvious they had not been properly cleaned. Had we not driven four hours and arrived close to midnight, we would have left immediately. The kids were upset and uncomfortable, which made the experience even more disappointing. I hope this review reaches future guests, but more importantly, the ownership and management team. Significant improvements need to be made to cleanliness and overall upkeep. No family should have to experience these conditions."

"The only reason I gave this review a 2 and not a 1 is because the staff was great and I was thankful I was able to open up a window being on the 3rd floor. When we got to our room, the AC was off, the windows were closed and the room was so musty it was almost unbearable. Went downstairs to talk to the front desk, but they were so busy checking in other guest. Luckily there was a Target around the corner. We went and got some cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves as much as we could. We turned on the AC and opened the windows to air out the room. We were only staying there 1 night so I wasn't going to put up a fit."

"First off staff is friendly and kind! It’s an old hotel. Lobby area is fine but that’s where it ends. Hallways stink and to make it worse they spray harsh chemicals to kill the smell but that makes it worse. Room is super outdated and needs deep cleaning and or remodeling, Carpet has heavy smell that makes room smell bad. Windows is super dirty to the point you hesitate to open to let fresh air in and had spider web all around. Super outdated bathroom. Conclusion, rate seems attractive but not worth!"
