"It may have been short staffed because we waited atleast 40 minutes for someone to attend the front desk, but the manager was friendly and professional. I can appreciate the zero indoor smoking policy (theres a $250 fine for doing so) but people were still smoking and stinking up the already stuffy corridors... for that reason, we prefer outdoor room entry access instead of having to enter the entire building to get to our room door. If you really do need to extend your stay, the onsite laundry...
