PROs: Hotel is conveniently located to walk to Disneyland. Close to several quick family friendly places to eat - McDonald’s, Panera, etc. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The best part is the kiddy water park area for the kids. Rooms are clean. Having a microwave with kids is a plus. Kids were excited to see a rubber ducky in the bathroom. Mid Mod store has almost all essentials, snacks, souvenirs. CONs: The cleaning schedule is confusing. Told housekeepers we’re leaving at 10am after the 2nd night but when we got back at 3pm, room was untouched. Wished the regular pool is in the same area as kiddy water park. Main doors to each building are not very ADA/stroller friendly. We struggled keeping the door open while pushing strollers thru. We have two rooms booked and one bathroom was missing hair dryer and extra toilet paper. When we asked housekeepers, they insisted it’s there (without actually looking). Half of the numbers on the safe didn’t work.

Great place to stay for Disneyland. 5 minute walk to Disneyland. You can see the fireworks from Tower 1. You can also watch the fireworks from the hot tub. Amazing staff and super clean and way more affordable than the Disney hotels. If you are light sensitive while sleeping, do not stay on the 7th floor. They have windows in the ceiling that do not have blinds or curtains.

I was quite surprised as I’ve seen many reviews on Instagram, but this was quite different from all of those. Our room was outdated and dirty. The air conditioner rattled all night. The shower has hair all over it. The tiles were dirty in the bathroom. They also canceled my room before I got there because I hadn’t checked in. I was on a flight and had booked the hotel right before I got on the flight. It was paid in full. So we ended up having to wait for them to correct the issue which was super frustrating. I’m sure the renovated rooms are nice, but it’s just not what we had.
