"Very comfortable rooms , but no amenities, except 2 bottles of water for a 4 nights stay ."

"Our room was nice but not super big . Bathroom was big with nice shower . We had a King bed that was comfy . We didn’t book a view but still private . My biggest issue was NO ICE machine at the hotel. They told us to go to the bar if we wanted ice and would give us ONLY 2 small glasses with 3 large pieces of ice in them. The next day the bar told me that if I wanted more Ice it would cost $5 Euros!!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing so I talked to the check in desk and they confirmed ICE is not included and I should never even had any free ice to begin with . I was very very Upset and begged them at least to give me an ice bucket. I had to finally go back to the bar to get one after being approved. I had to then walk outside of the hotel and go to the grocery store to buy a bag of ice for only 1.80 Euros . I couldn’t even put the ice in my bar fridge as it was too big . I don’t understand they why they are being so cheap in this highly rated hotel when a bag only costs 1.80 EU I am debating whether I will still stay at another H10 hotel in Barcelona which I booked over 2 months ago if they have the same policy especially when I’m paying $950 EU for only 3 nights . "

"Friendly reception staff at check in, quite a far walk to our room from the main building (we had to go underground through a tunnel to a conference centre and up to a satellite building - never seen anything like it!). If you have any ailments maybe ask for a room in the main building. The room was very rough around the edges, scuffed paintwork, chipped doors, water damaged bathroom etc) and absolutely zero noise insulation in the room. You could literally hear everyone in the hallways, other bedrooms, outside. If you like privacy/sleep this isn’t for you. Our room also overlooked a private villa so we had screaming kids right outside our room and with full visibility right into our room. The staff were pleasant enough but sometimes you would walk past reception and not even get a ‘hola’. The pool area was nice and spacious, probably the best feature of the hotel. This hotel definitely isn’t a 4 star, would be a 2 star at a push, but we got a great price on it. If it’s a bargain price I would say I’d stay again, but not at the ‘normal’ prices."

"My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well-organized. All the amenities were excellent and worked exactly as expected. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the quality of this property. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to improve. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Very convenient clean reasonably priced and private"

"I highly recommend this property to the point that the next time that we visit Spain the Barcelona area we will definitely rebook here. The property was absolutely quiet and it was so clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was such a beautiful trip and it sits right at the beach, literally steps away. The restaurants in the area were plenty however the hours varied due to the New Year’s week of our trip. We were kind of limited and what we had open and then we were met by three kings holidays to so we didn’t know that everything will be closed down as well. So just keep that in mind when you’re traveling. I believe with a non-peak holiday season, especially if you can go and actually get in the beach water that will elevate an already exceptional trip to the max. Additionally, the community is safe and walkable, we are of African descent and we did not experience and racism or funny looks for being in the community unlike in the US. I didn’t have to worry about my husband, going to the store at sundown or walking alone to the grocery store which was a couple blocks away by himself. It will help if you are fluent in Spanish we were fine because I speak Spanish. Overall, in an incredible stay."

"Great location, nice and clean rooms. Pool and outside bar generally good. The staff get overwhelmed on weekends when the bar and outside restaurant gets busy with non guests, service suffers as a consequence. Overall, a good stay and would return."

"Very nice hotel and staff in a great central location for easy walking to city centre, restaurants and sites of interest. Pool was nice. Only comment would be that the rooms are not very sound proof, but thanks to having earplugs in our toiletry bag we wslept well."
