"Such a lovely hotel, nice staff, comfy room, good breakfast, pool at back was good perhaps a bit heavy on the chlorine but was clean! I think parts of hotel look a bit tired but really very good and could even with a tidy up go for 4stars thank you I’ll be back!"

"As a loyal long term member of Hotels.com I was quite disappointed when I tried to extend my stay with another night at ME Sitges Terramar. As usual, I did it first on Hotels.com. Your price was Euros 315.00 for my type of room. Luckily, I asked the reception of the hotel how much they charge for one extra night and their price was Euros 258 for the same room. How do you explain this large difference of almost Euros 60??? How much more money did I pay throughout the years using Hotel.com services??? How can I trust Hotels.com with my future bookings??? "The room was not what I expected. There was no chairs to sit in. They have kettles available but you have to ask the front desk. Good luck with the WiFi on the 3rd floor which was non-existent. The staff and water pressure were probably the best things about the Hotel, "
