"The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. It appeared that they staff are not properly trained to handle situations involving...

Breakfast was really bad, if you trying to get a breakfast 30 min before it's ending you couldn't find some food and fried eggs were awful. Hotel not looks like on the pictures. 5 stars for front desk, cleaning and location"
