"Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

"The only two disappointments were that the lift was out of service throughout our stay and it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee facilities within our room as opposed to having to ask at reception and then prepare a tea or coffee in a corridor area. "It would have been nice if they would somehow warn you that you shouldn't come by foot. Definitely take a car/taxi up this bloody hill. We were both fit and it was exhausting to drag our luggage and belongings up the hill to the hotel. Definitely would not recommend to stay here if you dont have a car/taxi because you'll be hiking up and down all day.
