"Hotel was in a great location. The staff was so warm, welcoming and friendly. We never needed a thing. I loved all the hot spring pools and jacuzzis. This is a safe , beautiful hotel. The only improvement that I could even think of would be the lighting in the room. It was very dim and very hard to apply makeup in the bathroom. Maybe a lighted mirror would help. "

"The view from our room was amazing, we had a perfect view of Arenal Volcano when looking out of the window. Transportation was provided when going throughout the facility. Housekeeping was very good at keeping our room clean, and they were nice enough to make towel animals for my daughter. She was very happy to come back to the room to see towel animals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were helpful with all of our needs, from laundry, to transportation, and anything else we needed. They were instrumental in making our vacation very special."

"The rooms were large and gorgeous. Incredible view of the volcano. The grounds were lovely to walk. I went to the Titoku hot springs off site, but the hot springs on the property were a lot nicer. I stumbled into them on my last day 😁. The food was good and the service was great (I might go into town next time for some local restaurants). Overall a really fantastic stay. "

"Spectacular property with breathtaking grounds and a view of the volcano from every room. Rustic decor that matches the surroundings. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were delighted with our choice to stay here and only wish we had been able to stay longer."

"Our family of four had an amazing time at the resort. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the hot srpings and the pool. The bartender made great drinks and we definitely took advantage of the happy hour from 4:30 to 6:30. We also accidently left cash in the safe and the hotel notified us after we checked out and made arrangements for us to get our money back. Highly recommend this resort. "

"Loved that the hotel is surrounded by a rainforest setting. We got to hear frogs, birds and crickets and love the peacefulness of nature. Breakfast was great with ala carte omelette bar. Room was clean and comfy. There was even an umbrella in the room for guest. I would recommend this hotel."
