My only wish is that there was a restaurant with a focus on the cuisine of Mexico! The beachfront is beautiful. The property is very well cared for. Highly recommended. "

The beach is private and I felt very safe staying at the Hyatt Ziva. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the SPA services and I was so impressed with the amenities and the staff. Will definitely go back to this hotel again. "

"I didnt find the difference between vip and regular stancy. The room was kind of damage like the room doors knobs were damage and the toilet sometimes didt acumulate water and sometimes didnt flush. On the pool i saw i sings that said only for adults but the bar was was onthe kids are i think this was incorrect. But other than that it was great. "
