Le Capitole Hôtel

"We have stayed at many nice hotels in Old Quebec or at the wall, and this by far was the best. You do need to walk quite a bit to get to your room so bear that in mind if you have limited mobility. Essentially you have to go to the 7th floor lobby from which you take a bit of a long walk (with gorgeous views of the city as you walk) to the elevators which lead to the rooms. The rooms are stunning with beautiful aesthetic -- clean and modern with a touch of warmth from the wood paneling and gorgeous LVT wood floors. Very well outfitted with just what you need, no more no less. Very environmentally conscious with wall mounted bottles of everything. Soundproof rooms and great heat/ac. The downside is there is no restaurant on the premises itself, only a bar. And the downstairs restaurant is just ok -- even though they have an arrangement to provide a discounted rate for those staying at the hotel for breakfast they would not even let us in for half an hour despite it being pretty empty. Service was not great but food was good. Valet is also a bit lazy, not opening doors for everyone and not on the ball with helping those arriving or leaving."

"Bed is super comfortable，shower is amazing，love LE LABO rose 31 flavor，luggage delivery striaght to your room，offer bottle water、tea and coffee in your room，staff very friendly，great location，very easy access to explore Quebec city by walk，lots of resaurant and shops close by，on site breakfast resaurant Dufferin is a great choice，$55 per person weekends all u can eat Buffet，really good food！Parking is $50 per night，safe and easy find. Overall，really good！"

"Hotel stay was great but the mini fridge in my room was super loud and noisy. It woke me up and i had to unplug it. Hotel was great otherwise. Breakfast was good and included."

"Personnel très accueillant. Activités à toutes heures du jour. Manque un peu d'amour au niveau de l'entretien (jeux d'eau défectueux, bornes d'arcade hors d'usage, etc.) Mais somme toute, super endroit pour des vacances en famille."

"Our room was cleaned on a daily basis, with fresh towels. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was waiting for the elevator. There was always a line up to use the elevator., But with a big hotel like this, it was expected. Lovely hotel and I would definitly stay there again."
