"Staff were friendly, pool was great. Valet staff was quick and made accessing our car simple and efficient. My daughter enjoyed the buffet breakfast choices and made crepes each morning. Nespresso coffee in the room made a big difference when switching between travel modes."

"The room was clean, and the pool in the center made for an interesting experience, as you could look down on it from each room. Usually, rooms get very dry because of the heaters, but perhaps because of the pool, it wasn't overly dry. I remember the good time spent drinking coffee on the balcony while looking at the closed pool. While there was a slight smell from the pool, the staff's kindness and the many other advantages made it easy to forget."

"Great location, less than a 10 minute walk to Old Quebec. The staff were always willing to help and at times went out of their way. The hotel has a beautiful atrium and pool area. We found the room spacious and had a great view of the city. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and maybe next time book a room with the view overlooking the pool area. "
