Everything was fine.

We spend one night in this hotel but it was a very comfy, and an excellent experience, we faced a small issue at the check in since we arrived very late at night but the night guy andres found us a quick solution and we could enjoy a great night of sleep.

What a brilliant find. This hotel is in a quiet area which feels very safe. Buses to Old Town were within walking distance. The staff were really helpful and friendly The room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. The continental Breakfast was excellent with yogurts, bagels, cheeses, fresh fruit, etc. Thoroughly recommend Hotel Nord to anyone staying in Quebec City

It is a very nice hotel, in a good location for old Québec city, the room was very pleasant, the bed was comfortable, the bath plug didn't stay down and there was no kettle to make tea, there was a nice Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good, a nice buffet style, I would recommend the hotel.

Room was lively and clean. Staff were friendly especially Cedric on the front door who went above and beyond.

Great location and facilities.

The Reception staff were very helpful.. We needed $4 exactly for the Bus number 11 to Gare Fluviale downtown, and exchanged the notes with no fuss.. And we could keep our room on for a fee as we had an evening flight.. Walking to the Mall is a nice 25 minute walk, being English we tend to walk if possible.

We spent two nights at this lovely hotel, it has an outdoor pool but it wasnt open for the season yet. The room was a good size and had a walk in shower, there was two comfortable rocking chairs and a small round table that also rocked! The chairs were a bit frayed but perfectly useable and there was an office swivel chair and a pull out desk. The breakfast selection was continental and basic with a beautiful open area with lots of tables. The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful....

Everything really nice room very different and posh ! Staff helpful and friendly The location was ideal for exploring Quebec City

All great. Would have welcomed a kettle, being a tea drinker.

Good price and location

Far better than expected - quiet location with a superb canteen for breakfast, excellent staff and fast broadband connectivity - highly recommended - thank you!

While the hotel itself is a bit dated, the rooms offer spectacular views of the city and the river. The revolving rooftop restaurant is absolutely worth a visit to enjoy both the food and the stunning scenery.

It was very busy upon checkin, with a fairly long wait in line. The staff were friendly. There are frequent buses to downtown from the campus which is good ($3.75 cash for a single ride - the drivers don’t give change), and I couldn’t get one of the RTC cards because the on-site shop was closed when trying twice. There is pretty much nothing in the vicinity of the halls for about a 20 minute walk in any direction - save for the pub on campus (which is closed Saturdays and Sundays!) There was...
