"Room was okay for someone spending the night between flights. Free shuttle was good and hotel was very helpful with that. There are no elevators. We heard lobby noise all night long. Voices really carried up the stairs. There is a lot of traffic noise also. Breakfast was okay. They did make eggs to order which was nice. Wifi was good. Overall you’re paying for the convenience of being close to the airport. We stayed in nicer hotels in Buenos Aires and Santiago on this trip for $100 less."

"Comfortable, clean, modern rooms. Great pillows, bedding and towels. Excellent breakfast each day with efficient, responsive staff keeping the breakfast well stocked and clean. Hotel staff were polite and accommodating to any requests. Great hotel amenities—gym, pool, parking and gathering areas. We stayed for 8 nights and will definitely be back! "

"Es un hotel para familia, donde los padres priorizan más las actividades para los niños que la calidad de las habitaciones. En términos generales, está OK, pero no acorde al precio por noche. "Spacious clean room with comfortable beds. Main swimming pools got busy but la Hacienda pool was quite. Dinner buffet was excellent and normal a la carte good value. Staff both friendly and helpful. Special mention to Wanda who made each dinner in the Leonforte restaurant a pleasure!"
