The staff but also people in hotel often made racist remarks, they thought we don’t speak Spanish and felt free to say what ever they like. Besides that the interior of the hotel and apartment can use an update, the couch was broken in our room and the tv as well.

The front desk ordered a taxi for me to airport. Horrible. No air conditioning. No shock absorbers. I arrived at airport a soaked sweaty bruised mess. Never do this to a customer. Offer a limo service.
