Positives - breakfast choice was amazing, spa great, rooms lovely size, staff friendly, parking on site and location for the slopes perfect. Negatives - check-in process was about 30 mins and I’d checked in on-line. This may well have been due to extra precautions of our group and COVID ! Mask were an absolute must.

The Montblanc apartment was really close to the square/lifts. Comms ahead of arrival were fantastic.

This was our second stay at what is one of my favourite hotels. The location is perfect. The hotel is great. The staff are lovely. The food is amazing. What more could you ask for!

We stayed here for two nights. It's a great little hotel in the centre of Granada. Very nice staff, a special shout out to Pilar who was incredibly helpful and a delight to deal with. Nice breakfast, comfortable room and so convenient for transport, shops, restaurants and bars etc. Would stay here again for sure.

Phenomenal view from the roof terrace! Gorgeous apartment with everything we needed, and plenty of space to relax - very much appreciated after a day of sightseeing! Close to restaurants and easy walk to Mirador San Nicolas, Cathedral, and old town. Alhambra is walkable albeit further and hilly.

Well appointed room in a sensitively converted traditional Spanish town house. Great location close to the old town and central shopping area. The owner made a special effort to keep in touch and check that everything was satisfactory.

Walked into the hotel and it was wonderful. A courtyard with a small fountain and pool surrounded by buildings on all sides - all 14th 15th century - it was beautiful. Was peaceful and tranquil. Got upgraded to the suite - amazing. The ceiling was beautiful - and original - wooden rafters covered in decoration. Friendly staff and 24 hrs reception.. clean kitchen and ahower facilities. Bed was clean as well.

A brilliant place to stay in Granada the room was immaculate and the combination was spot on. I would definitely recommend, 5 star.
