"Enjoyed our luxurious stay. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The property and area are beautiful. We booked a room with a private bath to add to the luxury. Also a bit shy being westerners so got to enjoy a lot of baths without feeling uncomfortable. Food was good and presentation was gorgeous. Almost too much for us but that seems to be standard with kaiseki meals!"

They provide pick up&drop off service, ans it was very convenient to book transportation via Expedia message function in advance. "It’s actually one of the most ridiculously overpriced onsen hotel I have ever been. We travel around Japan and have been living in many similar styled ryokans and rarely run into such disappointments. The hotel obviously has dinner option. But neither Expedia nor the hotel provide proper communication for such option. ( Just for comparison, for other hotels that are over 100,000 Yen / night, we always get email communications from the hotels about potential options pre arrival dates). We arrived...
