The staff were super helpful and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were very delicate and delicious. The only downside is that the onsen was of poor quality, as there was only one small public pool for men. The space is very tiny and the amenities are not up to standard.
Food, kindness, comfortable, cleanliness, location and family bath were all good.
One disappointment is that there is no elevator going up to the 2nd floor accommodation. So, it is dangerous for old man like me to go up and down with heavy luggage.
The Sakura room has a musky smell when we first entered. The furnishings are a little tired, but the beds are comfortable enough. The one thing we really liked was the dinner. A creative fusion of japanese-western.
