This by far has been the best place I have stayed! The bath onsen we had was amazing! The beds were super comfortable and the food was amazing!

Comfortable stay but unsatisfactory onsen.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were very delicate and delicious. The only downside is that the onsen was of poor quality, as there was only one small public pool for men. The space is very tiny and the amenities are not up to standard.

Food, kindness, comfortable, cleanliness, location and family bath were all good. One disappointment is that there is no elevator going up to the 2nd floor accommodation. So, it is dangerous for old man like me to go up and down with heavy luggage.

若いスタッフの素晴らしい対応の宿でした

若いスタッフさんの元気なお声がけ素晴らしい対応の方が多かったです。 お湯はとろとろで肌が綺麗になった気分でした。 レストランも別途あると言うことで期待しすぎていました。 GWと言うことで忙しかったとは思いますが、 どんどんお料理が出てきた印象です。 夜はお品書きがなくお酒を頼むタイミングが難しいとおもっていましたが、 なぜか朝食にはお品書き。夜は忘れられていたのか？ 少し残念でした。
