"When we arrived to check in at the hotel, there was already a different customer in the room. When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. "今回は素泊まりだったがホテル近くの店はなぜか月曜日休みの店が多く国道沿いのうなぎ屋まで車で行った。朝はマックしか開いていないため中津のコメダ珈琲まで３０分かけて行きました。温泉は夕方は地元のお客さん（法人契約？）が利用しているようで知り合いなのか話し声が大きくくつろげない。脱衣場に椅子が二つしかなく狭すぎる。ジムを利用したが最新マシンがありよかった。 "

"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"Excellent location in Daimyo situated between two rail stations, the Tenjin and Akasaka. The hotel sits immediately next to the Tenjin district so there are many great places to eat and shop, all within easy walking distance. Ohori Park, Maizuru Park and the Fukuoka Castle are within easy walking distance too. This is a fantastic hotel with a wonderful staff."

"The hotel has the nicest welcoming staff soon we walked to the lobby floor. They were really friendly and checked in very smoothly to our room. We had a comfy double room overlooking some mountains and houses. Train station just outside the hotel and very convenient to take trains around or going to old part of Kumamoto. We liked our stay and loved the city. Hope to return one day staying the same hotel. "

"I love the Nest Naha. Staff was great and check in was easy. Room was excellent, very clean, surprisingly big for a Japanese hotel and plenty of room to open your luggage. Hotel location is great. Lawsons is a few minutes walk and Kokusai-dori is about a 10 minutes walk for all your shopping and eateries. Getting to the hotel from Naha Airport via the monorail is easy. The station to get off at is Asashibashi Station which is about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when I get the chance to travel back to Okinawa."
