When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. "My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. "This hotel is very conveniently located next to the OCAT and the Station. Everything is automated from the check in at a Kiosk, forwarding your luggage, and even storing your luggage is all done through your phone or a kiosk. If you make it error, it is time consuming bc you are not dealing with help from customer service. You have to figure it out yourself. I loved that the 7-11 was inside the hotel. The rooms were very clean. It's a big hotel so a lot of people go through the system so I get why its automated. I would book this hotel again although on the pricy side for it convenience to transportation."
