The staff went above and beyond during my stay! The room was spacious and the hotel location was close to a metro stop, the national garden and a short walk to Nishiki Market. The restaurant had plant based menu items.

This was an excellent property. Extremely spacious, especially for Japan and very quiet and comfortable. It is in a quiet area but close to restaurants, shops and public transport. Excellent attentive service and a great breakfast.

Amazing boutique hotel. The staff made us feel important ❤️. Our “suite” was amazing, too bad we were in and about since 6 am, we didn’t have time to enjoy the super large screen movie theater type of living room. An amazing place, we loved every second in The Screen.

Wonderful experience! The room was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were very kind and helpful. What a beautiful boutique hotel. Very unique rooms, love the decor. Really felt authentic Japanese with modern flare. Loved the amenities, the breakfast was amazing and the staff is very attentive. A bit of a walk from the closest train station but overall I would stay here again.

Fantastic service and a beautiful space!

The Screen is an amazing hotel! Our room was very beautiful and well-designed. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and the staff thoughtfully accommodated all of our dietary restrictions. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and attentive. The desk staff even gave us dry umbrellas when we came in with wet ones. Fantastic service!! It is very well-located as well. We will stay here again for sure!
