顧客の弱みにつけ込んだ最低の経営姿勢

私は、これまで沢山のホテルや旅館を利用してきました。いつもHOTEL's'comにはお世話になっています。今回は、京都の一泊滞在でした。 繁忙期とはいえ、一泊、3万円は高すぎる。 水は有料無理、問わず無い。館内に置いて無い。館内に自動販売機も無い。 何度も電話しながらチェックインした後、また、夜中に外のコンビニエンスまで水を買いに行かされた。何度も電話した時に一言『館内に水が無い』と言ってくれれば道中で買って行けたのに……とにかく、普通のビジネスホテルよりも酷くて、客に対する思いやりが無い。 ユースホステルと同等の感覚です。 ベッドが二つあるツインでしたが、普通の市場価格なら、7000円〜8000円も出せば良いところだと思います。

清水五条の駅から近く、シンプルで綺麗なホテルでした。夜遅くは別の出入口を利用しますが部屋カードがあれば問題ありません。立地は良いのでたくさんの名所を巡ることができました。

良いホテル

非常に施設は綺麗で、泊まりやすかったです 場所も清水五条駅から近くわかりやすかったです 立地もよかったとおもいます 少し乾燥していたので、加湿器があるといいなぁ、と思いました ホテルの場所の説明が少し不親切に感じました 最寄駅やバス停からの地図や、京都駅からの路線図があると迷わずこれるとおもいます

実際のフロントは一階なのに、エレベーター内にはフロントが二階と表記があったのが、紛らわしかったです。チェックインの時に説明していただけると良かったです。寝室も思いの外広く、廊下との仕切りのドアがよかった。シャワーを使用中にカーテンが、風圧?で身体にまとわりついてくるので改善して欲しい。全体的に清潔感がありました。

清水五条の駅近く、鴨川沿いの静かなエリアで落ち着いて過ごした。徒歩圏に河原町の飲食街、スーパーもあって便利。とても綺麗で部屋は広く 、スタッフはフレンドリー。是非また利用したい。

部屋は良かったのですが、wi-fiも繋がらなく（チェックアウトの際、問題があったと認めておられました）、テレビも障害で全くうつりませんでした。 チェックアウトの際にその点を伝えても、申し訳ありません、と言うだけで、具体的な状況を何も聞いてこられないので呆れて帰りました。
