深夜遅くの到着でしたが、待っていてくださって気持ちよく対応してくださいました。朝食は、わざわざ私たち二人のためにお料理してくださって（その時間に朝食を食べたのが二人だけだったので）、心の籠ったお料理とコーヒーで心がほんわかしました。 施設が古いけど清潔というコメントが多かったですが、なるほどでした。きれいにメンテナンスしてあったので、その古さもまた味があってよかったです。

都市部にある隠れ家的お宿、二条城に近い。

都市中心部ある小規模老舗ビジネスホテルとして位置付けられるホテルであった。少々年季のいった建物、及び設備だが、部屋、バスルームのハウスキーピングはしっかり行き届いており、快適であった。また来たい。

研修のため3泊4日で利用させて頂きました。口コミ通り建物は歴史を感じるような佇まいですが、掃除も綺麗にされていて、この値段ならしょうがないかなという感じでした。朝食はほぼ同じメニューで7時半以降でないと食べれないという事で、早く出かける人には不向きかもしれません。部屋まで通じる廊下がエアコンが効いていないので、かなり蒸し暑かったです。でも総合的にみて特に不都合はなかったので、星4つにさせて頂きました。

スタッフの方々が皆さん親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。 ホテルによっては室内の電気ポットが汚れているのですが、 こちらのホテルは清潔にされているのがわかり、安心して使えました。 使い捨てスリッパがあったのが本当に良かった。 部屋の隅など、少し汚れやほこりが気になりました。

親切、清潔で、移動も便利

建物は古いが清掃はよく、備品も清潔で、カウンターの人も朝食のときの人も親切で淡々と作業されていて落ち着く。観光本もたくさんロビーに置いてあり、参考になりました。二条城に直ぐ行け、安い市バスの停留所も近くで、京都駅や各種観光施設に行き易いです。朝食も美味しく、料金的にみて大変よかったです。

総合的に素晴らしいホテル

決して新しいとは言えませんが雰囲気は凄く落ち着くホテルでした。スタッフの方の対応がとても感じ良かったし、何より安かったので、また利用しようと思います。 ただ、最初お部屋に入った時に少し男性臭がしたのが気になりましたが、フロントで消臭剤を尋ねると快く出してくれましたので、問題は解決しました。 立地も二条城の目の前と、総合的に素晴らしい果てだと評価させて頂きます。
