"The room was very nice with a modern bathroom fitout. The staff were friendly and helped us out with checking in. Being the heart of the nightlife area the perimeter outside was very lively and full of shopping, food and bars that were all tourist friendly. Unfortunately the Godzilla head balcony was closed for the days we stayed but it was cool nonetheless. Finding the entrance to the place was a little confusing for us coming from the train station as there are a few attractions and people lining up around the building, but coming from the train station, the entrance is found on the far side of the building where the taxi rank is for the building."

Everything worked smoothly with the app they used to identify luggage - they were VERY busy but remained polite and helpful. The room was perfect for the stay and I enjoyed use of the public bath after days walking around Tokyo and to Nagano to see the snow monkeys. I'd recommend this hotel - just make sure you put the right one in the satnav as there are a few with very similar names! "

"This hotel is in a great location with metro stations and a Starbucks nearby, and great shopping within a 20 minute walk. The friendly staff helped us when checking in and checking out, and the hotel amenities and bath products are lovely. Breakfast selections are plentiful and replenished often. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Súper small rooms but that’s very typical of Japan. Two people barely fit in one room and you will have to be creative about how you organize. Otherwise, if you just need a place to sleep, this is the place. It’s central to everything in Shinjuku including the train station. I would stay here again. "
