"I was surprised that the room has no cup for mouth wash. The bathroom was no ventilation. We lived two nights, but there were no room cleaning and towel changes in two days. I requested to have extra towels and the staff agreed to send it to the room. But the towels were never arrived..."

"Besutiful views but bat service. Music was so loud it was thumping through the walls till 1.30am. My complaint was ignored. Pool was filthy and the floor was covered in dirt. We paid for breakfast and were told its not included. Dont waste you money or precious time on your trip"
