Otelde herşey çok kötü ilgi sıfır. Oda temizliği sıfır. Paranızı çöpe atmayın. Rezarvasyon yapıldıktan sonra otelle irtibatı kuramıyorsun. Hiçbir şekilde telefonlar açılmıyor. Korıdorlarda hep çöp var yerlerde. Temiz hiçbir zaman yapılmıyor. Odaları kirli alıyorsun kirli veriyorsun.

Better experience than expected
We had a room facing the ocean. The sunset view with the hotel's many leveled court yard settings was fantastic. Very satisfied to the all-inclusive food and beverages. Only complaints are the poor sound proof of the rooms.

Temizlik olarak kesinlikle iyilerdi güzel temiz klasik bir otel odasiydi , her şey dahil bir konsepti tercih ettik açık büfeleri çok cesitliydi kesinlikle her zevke hitap eden yemekler mevcuttu otelde aktivite olarak çok birşeye şahit olmadik ama rutin bir deniz havuz ve dinlenme tatili olarak muhteşemdi diyebilirim . Kesinlikle tercih edilebilir . hamam sauna spa hizmetleri de çok ilgi çekici görünüyordu eminim o da mubtesem bir deneyim olurdu sabaha karsi denize karşı sezlonglarda oturup sohbet etmek çay kahve içmek muhteşemdi manzasi da çok hoştu diyebilirim

Terrible food
Nice location - however, this a very dated hotel, without internet in rooms, inadequate lifts, and rubbish food. This is really a 3 or maximum 4-star hotel.

Konaklamam öncesi yorumları okuduğumda biraz endiselenmiştim ama kesinlikle memnuniyet verici bir tatil geçirdim. Pandemi sonrası biraz eksiklikler var ama otel calisanları çok saygılı ve yardımseverdi. Sezon sonrası eksiklikleri giderip yeni sezona daha iyi hazirlanicaklarina eminim. 3 ve 6 yasindaki cocuklarimla guzel bir tatil gecirdik. Hotels.com a ve ladonia otele cok tesekkur ederim. Bu arada yemeklerde tatmin edici lezzette ve çeşitlilikteydi. Fırsatim olursa kesinlikle tekrar ziyaret edicem

Schlechteste hotel in meine leben. Normalerweise 5 Sterne hotel gewesen aber schlimmer als 3 Sterne. Wasser rutschen ist kaputt. Tut richtig weh wenn man rutscht. Pool Wasser ist nicht sauber und Wasser ist nicht klar. Essen und trinken ist nicht besonders. Unfreundliche Personal. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und unglaublich Dreckiger Zimmer. Gibt überhaupt keine Urlaub Gefühle. In Snackbar Vier Tage lang nur pommes Hamburger. Jedenfalls nicht für Erfüllung.

Muhteşem bir manzarası ve seyir alanı var cakat Kilo vermek ve aç kalmak isteyen tercih edebilir. Yemek kalitesi berbat. Merdiven altı üretilen ne kadar ürün varsa bu otelde bulabilirsiniz. Hindi ve tavuk dışında hiç bir et ve et ürünü beklemeyin ki onların tadıda berbat. Alkollü içecekler ispirtonun içilebilir hali. Hayatınızda görmediğiniz markalarla burada karşılaşacaksınız. Otelin klimaları hiç bir odada çalışmıyor. Eklediğim fotoğrafta görebilirsiniz odaların havalanması için herkes odalarının camlarını açık bırakıyor. Başka türlü uyumak mümkün değil. 40 derece sıcakta klimasız uyumak istiyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. İşin daha da ilginç tarafı camlarda sineklik yok. Animasyon ve eğlence kısmına gelirsek 70lerden kalma ateş püskürtme gibi miadı dolmuş gösteriler dışında başka bir gösteri bulamayacaksınız. Havuz başında herkes kendi halinde eğlenmeye çalışıyor. Denize ve havuza inmek çıkmak işkence. Asansörler çok az ve onlarca kişi sürekli sıra bekliyor. Merdivenleri kullanırsanız bacak kası yapmaya hazır olun. Otel 5* vasfını sadece yatak kapasitesi ve tesis büyüklüğünden dolayı almış. Onun dışında kalan hizmet 3* bile etmez. Çalışanlar küfürlü konuşuyor ve müşterileri takmıyor. Kısacası otelin hizmet kalitesi çok düşük. Denize sıfır olması ve Kuşadası merkeze yakın olması iyi fakat denize girebilecek kumsal yok. Sadece iskele ve deniz çok dalgalı. Belek Antalya otellerinin kalitesinde 5* bir otel hayal ediyorsanız kesinlikle uzak durun.

Otele girişte çantalarımıza yardım edilmedi, teklif dahi edilmedi. Otelin girişini kendimiz bulduk. Bu kadar büyük bir otelde yardımcı olacak kimsenin olmaması hayret verici. Restoran sadece görselden ibaret yemekler pek iyi değildi. Azur restorana ait tuvaletler girilmeyecek kadar pisti. Havuzu güzeldi fakat havuzun tuvaletleride maalesef pislik içinde. Denize girmedik çünkü akıntı ile gelen pislikler mevcut.
