"A very excellent hotel with friendly, professional staff. I took advantage of the pool, the concierge service to leave my bags before check in and room service which was very clean. My main complaint is that the walls are very thin and I could constantly hear the family in the large room next door talking, the microwave beeping, and the dragging around of furniture. Not super sound proof. "

"Love love love the pool. The location is amazing, super convenient walk to Queen St and QPAC, Southbank. Great restaurants on L4. Would highly recommend. A must visit when in Brisbane!!! Special thabks to Guest Services and Valet staff....super efficient and attentive!"

"Staff were wonderful, so helpful & attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did have some issues every night with the air con automatically switching to a temperature that was too warm. The lack of the provision of any cold drinking water in the room was a bit of an issue however, we didn't have time to ask housekeeping about this. I'm sure they would have addressed this for us if we'd raised it with them. "
