"1. At the time of check in, neither verbal information provided about the where is what, nor any printed information. Even room did not have any information or even telephone directory. Nothing is indicated on the phone about how to contact reception. 2. We stayed there for 2 days. First day, we wanted to take shower, before we head to temple, there was not a single drop of hot water. Just intermittently coming few milliliters of hot water. This happened in the morning of 5th Feb around 5:45am in the Room No. 414. 3. There was water coming in hot waters tap on Feb 6th at 7:30am but that was cold water. 4. Breakfast with limited choice and was horrible. 5. On talking to the Reception counter, the representative is explaining the hot water system which we are not interested in knowing. We just need the hot water for our use for which we have paid. 6. Suggesting Expedia to remove this hotel from their website "

"The property is located conveniently near the east Nada. The rooms are dated but clean. The service quality is below par. The AC remote in our room wasn’t functional. Upon request they replaced one. We requested for water which they acknowledged but they never showed up. It is unlikely that we’ll return to this place, "

"The hotel is a 5 min walk from East Nada. It is a modern hotel with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was delicious. The staff and service at the hotel was great."
