"no basic amenities placed like water bottle .
early check in seems to be problem through room is available and hotel seems to be more reluctant in charging amount and was rude . tap water whole night was dripping and sounding so absurd .
pillow cover and bed sheet is dirty and was full of wrinkles with no changes.
bathroom having hair particles available and can be seen clearly in washroom .

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Quick check in. Room was spotless. Had WiFi issues with wife’s phone and was quickly sorted. All the staff at Buffet Breakfast were very friendly and helpful . Had drinks at the bar during happy hour and dinner in their Restaurant. Excellent Indian food. Barman took care of ordering the food for so it was ready when we sat at the table. Fabulous service. Highly recommended

The property is a 600 year old building renovated, with a very beautiful heritage charm while bringing modern convenience. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. The only issue is the access road to the property, which is quite narrow and one may face some traffic jams

The room was pretty decent and clean, But the bathrooms have to be kept a little more cleaner.. When people talk in the living area, it was very audible.. which can be reduced.
