"We stayed at iskcon guest due to the proximity to the ghats. Appreciate that we were staying around the busiest period. However the service was terrible and you had to ask for everything at least 3 times before anything happened. For instance, we had no towels until day 2 of our stay. Considering that the guest house were happy to charge over 4 times normal rates for the stay over the period of kimbh mela, it is not unreasonable for customers to exoect at least a basic standard of service."

"Though found it difficult to locate hotel for lack of name display due to renovation work going on for 31st and Magh mela. The manager and staff was cooperative n helpful. Hospitality at its best. Excellent quality tasty food made to order. Beautiful n scenic view. Seen peacocks in the resort. I would definitely like to stay there again."
