Great experience & is an awesome place for vacation Staff are very polite and doing a wonderful job.

We liked the ambiance of this hotel, all the staff were very professional and welcoming the minute you walk in,the surrounding cleanliness, food choices and variety of breakfast and the head chef NIKHIL is always there to help and make you the dishes of your choice provided you let him know day or two, otherwise overall very very good.definately recommend it.5/5

A beautiful heritage building type of Hotel. Located in an almost European street with lots of attractions nearby. Extremely well kept. Hospitality was excellent, as expected. Wide variety of food. Service was done leisurely. Bonds well if you are on a leisure holiday but not if you are in a hurry to eat. As we could make out, food was quite fresh. Pleasant staff. Helpful attitude. On checking in we realised that it’s part of the same group which owns Kumarakom Lake Resort which was our next...

The stay was really great. The staff was super helpful. We were travelling with a baby and they were understanding and accommodating to all our requests! The restaurant staff even played with her allowing us to eat. The food was really taste and the spread for breakfast and dinner was expansive and tasty irrespective of the type of cuisine. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We loved this hotel, great! Staff were all really polite and attentive without being overbearing. Good location, easy to get Tuk tuks everywhere. Pool very pleasant during the day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a delightful hotel in every way and the terrace pool is nice too.

Hotel staff really cooperative and well mannered, great food and cleanrooms

Great location about 1.5 hours by taxi from Cochin Airport. In a quiet street in the centre of Fort Cochin and easy walks to amenities. Very friendly reception staff but watch out for power cuts! Thoroughly recommend

Very friendly staff, great location with great walkability. Very nicely kept old mansion. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by wonderful staff. Food was great, room was perfect. Beautiful hotel, well decorated and designed. The staff are genuine and really care about their guests. Perfect airport transfer service too. Stay here!
