Kuki Trip

Staff cleaned room daily, even once later upon our request as they were still cleaning other rooms on our floor.

Room was well maintained. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is conveniently located near train stations and restaurants. Air conditioning kept the room quite cool and room was not dusty. I would probably choose this hotel again if I was in Ueno.

Our room was very big and they made an extra bed for my son before our arrival, which was very nice. The garden is absolutely beautiful and definitely a bonus. It’s walking distance to Shinagawa station, so it’s very convenient.

The AC was great food options where plenty.
