"It is not four star hotel. Don't book hotel looking shown picture . Hotel is very terrible. I had visited on 11th Dec and my check-in was early morning. Hotel was booked for two days and they asked for early check-in charges, even we paid full amount two days charges approx. 6500 Rs. "One of the best stay’s in India I’ve had so far. Shubham from the restaurant and the whole team were so good! Will definitely be coming back there next time we visit Jaipur! One of the guys in the restaurant, I don’t remember his name but he personally told the chef to get the spice down and put some mint in it. That was a great choice. Thanks for a great stay!! "

"We stayed here for one night before catching our flight home . The proximity to the airport was useful . Lovely hotel . The staff were very welcoming . We had arrived before check in time . We were offered coffee and cookies while our room was made ready . We were not charged extra 25 or 50% extra for early arrival ( out of our control as our flight from Jaisalmer arrived early ) This was in stark contrast to one of the Taj hotels we stayed in Jaipur a week ago where we were charged 25% extra for arriving early again due to early flight arrival . Our room at the Marriot was comfortable . Welcome complimentary treats of fruits and pastries arrived soon after we settled in . We were spoilt for choice at lunch time and dinner in their spacious all day restaurant . Huge selection of various cuisines in their buffet . All the staff were helpful and courteous and provided excellent service . Guest relations officer Unnati was particularly helpful and made our stay special and one of the hotel drivers who took me shopping ( sorry I can’t recall his name ) was brilliant . All in all a great experience staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to travellers . "
