It is a service apartment marketed as a hotel. Check in process was extremely confusing. You have to find the one of 30 companies that market the apartments. No one to help and no one cares. Apartment was dirty - bedsheets had stains and rowels smelled and looked dirty. Avoid with a passion

The hotel stuff was more interested to force us to take the Christmas gala dinner which they claim is mandatory but on our booking nothing was mentioned. Even they were charging me for lunch which was included in my package.
Very far from city the transport taken from hotel does not want to go to the city due to huge traffic, will give lot of excuses not to take you to the city.
