"We zijn goed ontvangen in het hotel. Gastvrije managers. De kamer was ruim met een dakterras. Vanwege de hitte is er geen gebruik van gemaakt. De kamer is netjes, alleen in de 4 nachten datbweber waren geen schoonmaak gezien. Handdoeken zijn op ons verzoek verwisseld. Ontbijt was standaard maar vers gemaakt. Al met al tevreden over ons verblijf bij Masal Küçükköy "

"Girişten itibaren çok ilgisizlerdi. Girdiğimizde otelde kimse yoktu. Daha sonra bir kadın bizle ilgilendi. Fakat rezervasyonumuzdan haberi bile yoktu. 2 gece konaklama yaptık girerken odada olan 1 şişe su dışında (su uzun zamandır oradaydı sanırım üstü tozla kaplıydı) başka bir şey yoktu. Her yer toz içindeydi ve oda çok havasızdı. Bir daha asla gelmem. Çıkış yaparken girişteki gibi kimse yoktu, anahtarı masaya bırakıp çıktık."

"The views from our room were spectacular. Lovely clean pool. The host was very kind and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The rooms were clean and spacious. Even with the router in our room we couldn’t connect to the internet. We were unable to get hot water for a shower? "

"The location is excellent. The room is small with a very small bathroom and a strong smell of smoke. The towels are worn out and old but are clean. Because I visited it in Jan., no other customers checked in the hotel that day by my observation. Some family members are seat at first floor area when I walked in later afternoon that day, and made me thought I got wrong place. Considering the price, it is acceptable. But, I may not recommend it to my friends. "

"Otelimiz harikaydı. Konfordan kaliteye rahatlıktan temizliğe her şey harikaydı. Mükemmel bir bahçesi var. Otel sahibi selçuk abi aşırı ilgiliydi. Kahvaltıya bayıldık zaten. Cundaya gidersem tek durağım burası olacak. Her şey için teşekkürler selçuk abi :)"

"The staff is friendly and polite, but the rooms are not cleaned every day. Bottled water for coffee, toilet paper and towels are brought to the bathroom upon request.Otherwise they don’t bring any of those, they don’t clean everyday. I wake up early and breakfast doesn’t ready until almost 10am. Am an early bird so I need my coffee. Otherwise, it’s a nice family environment. I might consider coming back but they need to make sure they need to be on top of things without request. "
