Ali bey was extremely nice and so very kind and helpful in planning our trip. He went above and beyond for me when I was planning a surprise birthday for my sister. I am so grateful for all his help. "3 oda rezerve ettik. 17:00 den sonra resepsiyonda kimse yok. Vantilatöre yanlışlıkla bastık kumanda bir daha çalışmadı dışarısı11derece, neyseki maaile gittiğimizden diğerlerinin odasından kumanda aldık kapadık,yoksa soğuk fıldır fıldır esiyordu. Bu kez klima 2 dk çalışıyor duruyor o da olmadı, Terlik yok, basit bir kullan at terlik yoktu!! Ayakkabıları giymek zorunda kaldık. Diğer 2 oda da yoktu. Temizlik açısından, ilk odaya girdik çok iyi bulduk. Odalarda terlik olmayışına şaşırdık,...

"The staff were very friendly and attentive, they made us feel home. Room cleaning frequency was very good, AC was working well which was very important to us, kids loved the pool and slides. Food was delicious and the variety was just enough. The hotel is very close to the center and we enjoyed restaurants and shops in the walking distance. It was a great stay"
