"Everything about this hotel is a gold star, despite the bathrooms being slightly outdated and the road to get there semi isolated for food options. This is a great place for a night or even a week! The staff were friendly, and so were the ducks and eels! We were fortunate to see the lunar eclipse right from their hand built trail, and only wish we could have stayed longer. "

"The 2 bedroom was charming and rustic. It was a very convenient location. You can get to cathedral cove and beaches on foot which made it a pleasure. The local shopping center and restaurants were within minutes also on foot. The area shuts down by 8pm. Make your dining arrangements at Church Bistro ahead of time as they get booked quickly but worth it."

"For a solo traveller, the room was much bigger than I expected, with a stunning harbour view. The owner was very generous with information and even gave me a lift around the corner into town as well as showing me a good swimming spot. I was also permitted a late check out and really appreciated the flexibility. "
