Flat and easy walking distance to Buffalo beach, Ferry landing and town centre. The heater in the room was very efficient at keeping the temperature warm during cold mornings and nights. Staff were friendly and approachable. We werent aware that the laundry closed when the office hours finished in the evening and when we returned to collect the washed clothes the door was locked, however with a phone call they came promptly to help. We enjoy swimming and used the pool in the summer. We had seen on the website prior to coming this second time that the pool was heated to 29 degrees, however the water felt cold to touch when we went to the pool and so didn’t end up using the pool this time"
