This is a modern brand new hotel with high end fixtures. The location is awesome, right on the Auckland Viaduct. Restaurants, bars and other attractions are a short walk away. Our room had a full view of the viaduct and we could see ships going in and out. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated an early checkin at 11 AM!

Everything is excellent. From the service, the room quality, the billing process, to the excellent location, all was outstanding. I would definitely recommend the Grand Hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
