The property is wonderful and super clean. We had to buy toilet papers and laundry detergent but I guess it’s normal for Airbnb type of facility. We use Nadi Bangsar by Plush every August and overall I like the convenience of the facility and cleanness. We love the pool on 9th fl.

Poor Management

Plush manages the rental poorly. Refused early check in though was informed they can allow us in earlier if unit is vacant. We rushed from lunch (traffic in KL is very bad especially on fridays) to meet the runner at 3pm at the building. Ended up waiting for him. When we went into unit, there was no water supply. TV (Netflix) though the runner did turn up to try to fix it. Spend precious hours of our short stay on these hiccups. This is not a service apartment. Apartment is still new so still clean. Location is convenient for the things we want to do as we have a car to drive around.
