Air conditioning brilliant. Bit Loud Breakfast ok. Good omelette station but no bacon etc but this was not an issue really. Good options close by. Staff were brilliant and the whole hotel is just great really. Corridors are all tiled so there can be noise from other guests but it is great value and perfect position for everything and the lady arranged our transfer. I would reccomend this hotel for many reasons.

It was spotlessly clean and the amenities were very good. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is positioned only 5 minutes walk from Krabi beach and is ideally placed amongst some good restaurants. The breakfast buffet was adequate and gave a variety of foods

Convenient location. Near the beach and the spot where you book a boat to Railey Beach. The hotel is a little behind the Main Street so I had no problem with the noise level. They also have someone present who can help you book tours and transfers. Only issue was a damp smell that was present whenever the AC was turned off.

Fantastic Hotel!

We had a great stay at Krabi Heritage! The room was really comfortable, spacious and clean! The property in general was really well kept, with a great pool area and a really good breakfast buffet. You can also buy day trips and transport from the hotel lobby as well if desired. I would highly recommend this hotel for exploring the islands and beaches around Ao Nang and Krabi. The only minor complaint was the lack of wifi in the room - it only worked in one corner of the room so I was using mobile data a lot.

Good location.

Good location. Quick check in. Lobby looked nice. We were on floor 4 and had a mountain view... this is a must if you want a quiet room. The front facing/pool view rooms you hear the clubs and bars. The hotel could do with abit of love... the corridors are alittle "hospital" looking and not particularly welcoming. The room was good enough as a base for our trip. Nothing fancy but we only paid £100 for 3 nights b&b. So good value for money. The only downside for myself is the air-con. Although it worked, it was noisy and for some reason just in the doorway there was a flashing green light in the ceiling vent. This flashed ALL night. Im not a great sleeper and this didnt help. Breakfast was plain but there was enough choice to find something. The pool area was clean and tidy. There was a small bar at the poolside but i didnt ever see someone serving. The reception staff were polite on arrival but didnt seem to like us asking any questions after this.

Good hotel

Overall a very nice hotel. Clean rooms and nice staff. The only problem I had was the the water never getting hot. I had only cold(ish) showers. I have stayed here before and will again. Excellent location close to beach.

Overall a decent stay if for a few days. Very clean, good location. Laundry service is a few steps away from the hotel. The beach is @ 10 minute walk. Lots of food choices. The only minor problem I had was the airconditiong in the room. It takes longer than 15 minutes to notice any cooling. Secondly, it’s regulated not to go below 25 degrees, so if you can’t full blast. Last, you have to remove the key when leaving, which shuts off the AC, which means you start all over again upon return. This can get annoying on super hot days if you’re a spoiled foreigner like myself…Overall, it’s very good for the price.

My third trip to Krabi in around three months. This time we didn't check in together as I had flown in from Bangkok while she had driven down from Ranong. My combined Expedia booking only allows for one check-in as there was only one flight (mine) however, the property allows for two breakfasts. First night, we had a birthday to attend and she was running late. Even though I had told the reception staff of her imminent arrival, upon her presenting herself to check-in they refused her. Needless to say, not happy. We went back together and got a second key,. They referred to my partner as a "joiner" to her face, which ruined out night. Next morning at breakfast, nomproblem. Second morning at breakfast I was confronted by the waiter tomoay and extra charge for breakfast - thinking that the omelettes we had ordered weren't part of the buffet - which I paid. Then, walking back tomour room the day receptionists demanded ID again. Called her a "joiner" which I assume is a euphemism for a bar hostess. Me failing to fully comprehend the whole conversation in Thai at the rapid speed, it ruined our day. I spentostbof it outside the hotel. Third morning was just as bad. Massive argument about inadequate defence of our relationship, the staff finding it quite amusing. I didn't stay at the hotel that night and my now ex packed her stuff and left that night. I returned the next morning, got.my things and left, with the morning receptionist finding it highly amusing. Never again.
