We liked the warmth and friendliness of the staff. We are familiar with pleasant service in Thailand, but this was at another level. The room was lovely and the breakfast was superb. It's location really suited us. We recommend it!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Great little hotel
Had a great stay here. Good value for money. Staff are very friendly. Food in the restaurant was good as was the massage next door (includes a discount for staying here). I would stay again.

Nice staff, good restaurant, tidy rooms.
First of all hat tip to the housekeeping staff - they always waited for the guests to leave the room. We wouldn't even know they were there if there weren't always two bottles of mineral water, towels and a made bed waiting for us after the whole day. The rooms are spacious and tidy albeit a tad dated. The food in the restaurant deserves a chance - it's nice to eat from porcelain after a whole week of street food and it's really good. The rest of the hotel staff are very helpful and never forget to greet you with a smile. If you plan on staying a bit longer or have already been backpacking - do yourself the favor of using the hotel laundry service. It costs little over a dollar or one euro for two lbs./1kg of laundry that gets properly washed and folded and smells of fresh detergent. Add 50 cents to have it ironed. It's located near a good food market where you can get stuffed with Thai specialties for very little money. There's also a scooter rental place - travel to the Dragons Cave and other attraction with it, it's a great way to spend a day or two and costs around 5 euros/6 dollars a day plus some fuel (negligible cost).

Spacious comfortable Room
It was my second time staying in this hotel. Great location, good access to shops, restaurants and beach. Rooms been updated and has all what you need for short stay. Breakfast was really nice and good quality. Staff members were friendly and helpful. One down side was our room was above the restaurant, so we could not enjoy the balcony as much, as food smells were too strong.

Clean and comfortable, staff here are quite friendly. Unfortunately, first night stay in got a electricity problem, from 3am till the next noon, sweat in the bed, hopefully it's just a rare issue. Overall is very good, a water boiler in room will make it perfect.

Couldn't be happier!
I truly don't understand why this place doesn't have all 5 stars! It is absolutely beautiful and close to the beach and street of markets! When we walked in, we we're given this delicious drink with an orchid in the glass. Everyone we encountered was so nice and helpful! They have a great selection of Western breakfast downstairs in their restaurant which we ate each morning. The room was beautiful and had all that we needed, including a fridge. I highly, highly recommend this hotel, especially for the price!

This was such a lovely hotel! Was just the right distance away from the sea front, far enough to be away from the busyness but also near enough to walk (about 5 minutes tops). The room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was included and it was all lovely, plus a good amount to choose from! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return here.

Below average kind of hotel but then again it’s a 3 star place so can’t expect so much. Hotel towels are really old, wifi connection is very bad, toilet door’s unserviceable and a couple more. Probably only a place to sleep at. That’s all

Friendly Hotel to stay
Staff is friendly and helpful. They purposely prepare a room for my anniversary and my husband as i request. This is sweet and caring action for customer.Room is quite big and clean. and thai massage shop is beside hotel. BTW the breakfast is quite boring , 3 days with same menu of breakfast, maybe hotel can offer more options for breakfast and the portion of breakfast need to increase. Overall, it is nice to stay and happy experience！

Hotel is locate in Soi Klong Heang. walk to the hotel around 5-7min. from main road. Entrance to hotel same with restaurant entrance same building.The 2nd floor, room have a slight odor from the drain but very clean room.

Very nice and clean hotel right next to the beach.
Had a great experience until checkout when I noticed my Fitbit charge 2 was missing. It had been left out beside the tv for a few days but it was nowhere to be seen at checkout. Couldn’t connect to it via Bluetooth so I knew it wasn’t in the room. Don’t want to point fingers but it’s miraculously disappeared...

Large clean room in a good location. Great value.
Clean and spacious room with a good sized bathroom. Rooms are at the rear of the building so there is very little road noise. Good location and polite staff. I'd have liked a kettle in the room but for the low price of the room I'm extremely happy overall.

First time in Krabi
This hotel is located on a lane about 5minutes walk to the main road and about 15minutes walk to Ao Nang beach. Conveniently located, 24hrs convenience store nearby. It is 3mins walk to The Hilltop restaurant - a must go to see the view of the area at night and food is delicious too. Bed is quite hard but room is spacious for 2.

I enjoyed my stay here, it's a clean and well maintained hotel about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The staff/owners were really friendly and I received a warm welcome on arrival. The food from the restaurant was good too. Good WiFi in the rooms. Recommended.

Don't believe the bad raitings
Very nice hotel ,very clean, bed is slightly hard shower pressure not the best however it's very nice and clean, staff is so nice and helpful. There's no loud noises around the hotel and it's behind the hotel restaurant which has really tasty food Forcthe price per night it's a bargain

Very beautiful balcony views and accommodations. Beds are nice and comfortable. Bathroom plumbing is a little sensitive. Air conditioner in good condition. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Weird place
I had a early check-in and they prepared my room in 30 min. That was lovely. The room was with two beds and very spacious. They have everyday cleaning and bottled water. You need to take of your shoes at the door and here on hotels.com it says that they supposed to have slippers and bathroabs so they don't. They also don't have an iron in a hotel. And a special word about the restaurant. It was kind of funny story. I went there for breakfast and ordered poached eggs, so in 10 min i got boiled eggs in shell I asked my server what's that, but without any hesitation he said that it is poached eggs. I don't know what to say-it was ridiculous) But I should admit that the location is super quiet and nice. Not far from small street food market and the beach

Great value for money
This hotel was a real suprise it took the taxi/ truck over an hour to find it as it wasn't too clear from the sign which was next to the restaurant sign. However the room was huge, modern, very clean and very comfory beds! For what you pay for this hotel it is a steal. The breakfast that was included was excellent !! You choose off of a menu and get complimentry fruit! We stayed here for 4 nights so tried most of the menu all were great! The hotel is close enough to walk into the centre but we did hire a mo ped for a few days to get to other parts of the island but this is not neccasry. Only down side is no pool although you can use the hotel across the roads pool for a fee of 200 Bart pp. it is worth it, the pool is very nice with swim up bar and comfy sunbeds!

Stayed 2 nights here after phuket. Place is near the ao nang beach and shopping area. Value for money . Hotel is quite new .has no lift . Located near good restaurants but parking space may be a bit tight as they were shared with other restaurants in the area. Breakfast is ala carte set breakfast but quality is only so so.

Nice hotel situated in the centre of the town, short walk from the main street and both beaches. Friendly staff and owners. Good breakfast - tried most dishes from the menu and everything was very tasty and nicely presented.

Cheap hotel with cheap service
We flew in from Bangkok on a late flight so we arrived at the hotel quite late at night. We were greeted by a man sleeping on the floor in reception who spoke no English. He showed us to our rooms and despite having booked 2 rooms with double beds, one room had 2 single beds. Obviously I wasn't impressed and had to speak to the manager on the phone who explained the hotel was full and so we couldn't change rooms. Now I am confused, if you book a double bed room, how can someone else take it before I arrive??? Less than impressed I accepted to stay and agreed on a refund. The other room had faulty air con which wouldn't cool the room (probably out of gas) and a tap that wouldn't shut off in the bathroom... I will say that for the price, if you are lucky to get a double bed and working air con, it's not bad. Fairly close to town (10 mins to the beach) but further from the lively bars.

The location is excellent! Off the main rd but still walking distance to everything, the wifi was excellent, the room was good but the smell in the bathroom was horrible and the fact that you book a room including breakfast and you only get 8 different things to choose only one from is stupid! We saw a rat chasing a gecko down the bamboo wall in the cafe.. Wouldn't stay again

This hotel was just ok. I stayed there for 7 days and no one was ever at reception. The room was nice but our bathroom smelt of the drains our whole stay. Nice location, close to the beach and town but located in a quieter part. Not a bad hotel but i wouldn't recommend it.

Very Close to the Beach
This was a very nice hotel in a very great location. The hotel was updated and I loved removing the shoes in order to maintain cleanliness. The massage offered at the hotel was excellent, highly recommended. We ended up staying 3 extra nights and the owner took the time to ensure we had a place to stay. Her politeness and demeanor was absolutely terrific! She even arranged ferries and local transportation when needed.
