It is slightly far from the Ueno skyliner station and around 10 minutes walk to the Ueno metro station. Make sure to select the number of guests for the room as it will affect the pricing, and thus was charged extra on the spot. The extra guest was provided bedding at the counter and a thin blanket similar to the ones on the plane.
I enjoyed having the laundry/dryer. Take note that it takes at least 3 to 4 hours for the laundry to dry.
Overall, it was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with microwave, oven and stove.

Very friendly staff. The staff I spoke to knew English which was very helpful as I knew very little Japanese. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others planning on visiting.
